Cape Ballet Africa’s acclaimed production of The Nutcracker delighted South African audiences in 2025, bringing Tchaikovsky’s beloved ballet to life with spectacular scale, artistry, and theatrical imagination.
Created by a 50-member company, this sumptuous staging combined internationally renowned choreography, striking design, and a richly atmospheric score. The production received widespread critical praise for its visual splendour, powerful performances, and elegant storytelling.
