Cape Ballet Africa Community Guidelines for Social Media 

  1. Respect Others: Treat everyone with kindness, empathy, and respect. We will not tolerate any harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other personal characteristics.

  2. Keep it Civil: Engage in constructive discussions and debates. Disagreement is fine, but do so in a respectful and civil manner. Avoid personal attacks, insults, or inflammatory language.

  3. Stay On Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the purpose of our page. Off-topic posts may be removed to maintain focus and clarity.

  4. No Spam or Self-Promotion: Avoid spamming the page with repetitive or irrelevant content. Self-promotion should be kept to designated threads or avoided altogether.

  5. Respect Privacy: Do not share personal or confidential information about others without their consent. Respect the privacy of individuals and refrain from posting sensitive or private content.

  6. Be Mindful of Copyright: Respect copyright laws and give proper credit when sharing content that belongs to others. Avoid posting copyrighted material without permission.

  7. Report Violations: If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it to the page administrators. Do not engage with or escalate inappropriate behavior.

  8. Be Responsible: Take responsibility for your own words and actions. Think before you post and consider the potential impact of your words on others.Follow Facebook’s Community Standards: Adhere to Facebook’s Community Standards, which outline prohibited behavior and content on the platform. Violations of these standards may result in removal of content or account restrictions.
